No, we are not able to take requests for specific inflatables. However, we choose inflatables that will suitable for all ages!

Cancellation within five calendar days of the event date, for any reason, will forfeit the deposit (25% of the total invoice), unless the Cancellation Insurance ($8.95) has been accepted by the customer, in which case, the full amount of the event is refundable.
Yes all orders require a $50 Credit Card deposit. The are fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 8 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 2-7 days prior to your rental you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year.
